In 2022 Netball Queensland introduced the Senior State Age (SSA). In 2023 NQ have amended the grades to be 15, 16 & 18 yrs. This is a major participation, community based, state competition for players aged 15 - 18 who are representing a Netball Queensland member Association at the highest representative level.
Athletes selected in the CDNA Representative Program are afforded the opportunity to represent our association at a level suitable to their ability. The CDNA Rep Program provides the athletes an environment where they can thrive, experience teamwork, grow in self-confidence through development of skills, learn about accountability, resilience and independence and make lifelong friends.
The representative program also provides opportunities for athletes to progress through different development pathways within our region and through Netball Queensland.
Senior Representative Teams will attend day carnivals and the State Age Championships. All teams travel and go into camp the day prior to State Age Championships regardless of location. 2025 sees our Senor teams playing at Ipswich Netball Association, 12th to 15 April 2025.
Before making your commitment to trial, please be aware of the obligations required for training, carnivals and the State Age Championships.
We encourage all athletes and parents/guardians to read through the Rep Information Booklet, paying close attention to expectations, responsibilities, dates and costs.
